Grinding Asphalt for Flushing Steel Plates

For street trench plating, we provide trench edge grinding so that your steel trench plates are flush with the street. We own and operate a knuckleboom truck and can set you trench plates so you don’t have to mobilize an excavator, or skid steer to set them.

Due to the mess that asphalt cutback creates, the extra work of cleaning and reapplying to plate edges, the possibility of plates sliding and exposing cars to the trench, sports cars damaging the spoilers of the car cyclist losing control and falling, and vehicles dragging it down the street, this is increasingly becoming the norm in many cities. Without cutback getting under plates and necessitating sweeping, a compactor to re-compact cutback and sweep, and sweep, you know what I'm talking about. Additionally, since cities are requiring grinding safer, there is less chance of trench plates slipping without the need for pinning of plates.
