When the building sits below the sewer, a grinder pump system moves the wastewater for you. We handle the whole system — equipment purchase, installation, start-up and the hand-off to remote monitoring.
Wastewater from the building flows by gravity into a buried tank. When it fills to a set level, the pump grinds the solids into a slurry and pushes it through a small-diameter force main to the sewer, then shuts off on its own.
Homes, ADUs and basements below the sewer main, hillside lots, long runs that can’t hold gravity fall, and neighborhoods on a low pressure sewer system.
Below-Grade & Hillside SitesA properly installed system runs only a few minutes at a time and needs little routine maintenance. Keep grease, wipes (even “flushable”), sand and harsh chemicals out of the drains, and call for service if the alarm doesn’t clear on its own.
Alarm & Remote MonitoringOne contractor for the whole sewer system — no gaps between the equipment supplier, the excavator and the electrician.
We walk the site, check grade to the sewer main and recommend gravity, force main or a grinder pump system.
As an authorized dealer, we source the Sierra Peak or E/One pump package, tank, panel and lateral components for your site.
Excavation, tank set, gravity piping, force main by open trench or directional drilling, and tie-in to the sewer.
We start up the system, test pump cycles and alarms, and walk the owner through how it works.
We set up remote monitoring and alerts and hand the system off to the owner and the monitoring service.
We are an authorized dealer and installer for both. We help you choose the right system for the site, buy it through us, and install it complete.
Sierra Peak Pump SystemsAmerican-engineered low pressure sewer pump systems built for serviceability, performance and lower cost. Sierra Peak panels come ready for SAM remote monitoring.
Complete grinder pump packages — basin, pump, level controls and panel — sized for single homes, ADUs and multi-unit sites.
Lateral and valve kits for connecting each pump station to the force main, including shut-off and check valves.
System Alert Monitor tracks pump cycles and run times for up to four pumps and sends text or email alerts when an alarm starts and clears.
Sierra Peak cut sheets, submittals and O&M manuals are provided to authorized dealers. Request the documents for your project and we’ll send them over.
E/One Sewer SystemsE/One semi-positive displacement grinder pumps and low pressure sewer systems — simplex and duplex stations, basement units, alarm panels and lateral kits.
Sierra Peak and E/One names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here to identify the systems we sell and install. Product documents open on the manufacturer’s website so you always get the current version.

“Very tight quarters to do the boring and it was no problem for Dave. Work site was back to its original condition before they left for the day.”
“He was careful to minimize the damage to the patio and set aside the removed pavers in a neat stack… helped me navigate the process with PG&E.”
“Able to start on the job immediately… and dig underneath a retaining wall without damaging it. He has a deep understanding of the PG&E Greenbook.”
Tell us about the building, the elevation to the sewer and the distance to the tie-in. We’ll recommend a Sierra Peak or E/One system, quote the whole job and handle it through start-up and monitoring.
